So here it is without further ado - the mystery of #DoubtIsOut ended with Reliance Retail unveiling its new trendy and super stylish E-Commerce Site AJIO.com with a grand show at Lakmé Fashion Week Summer/Resort 2016.  Along with the launch of the site, it also marked the launch of their first women’s wear brand ‘AJIO Own’, a private label.
The show started with an Audio-Visual presentation that passed on a strong message about erasing all doubts that usually come to our mind and I so agree with it. Check it out for yourself!

No my hopes were high from this brand after the flash mob and the amazing video and I couldn't wait to see more - the real part, the show which was also taken to just another level by having renowned women of strength as showstoppers. It was a concept show divided into five collections - Gender No Bar, Role No Bar, Size No Bar, Age No Bar and Choice No Bar which was so very unique. Pant suits, leather biker jackets, crop tops with skirts, shaded dresses, trench coats layered over dresses, and exquisite ikat saris in multi hues of red, black, white, fuchsia and orange in cotton and silk, the variety showcased was huge and gorgeous!

Here are the pieces that I want for my wardrobe!

A quick look at the entire collection!

Laxmi Narayan Tripathi, the activist and voice of the LGBT movement was the showstopper for the 'Gender No Bar' segment. She oozed confidence in a black, white and red Ikat sari as she walked down the ramp.

Suman Sharma the country’s first MIG and F16 pilot walked down the runway for 'Role No Bar'. Her blue pant suit and white tee made me want to go back to my corporate job again ;-)

Bharati Singh, our comedy queen was the perfect choice for 'Size No Bar'. She shone in her blue layered silk mini with a silver embellished yoke.

Yesteryears’ Dancing Diva, Helen who danced her way down the ramp for 'Age No Bar', still knows how to make everyone rock to her moves :) She makes anything look good, be it her blingy dance outfits years ago or her showstopper outfit of black capris, kurta and a colourful Patola dupatta.

Finally it was time for 'Choice No Bar' and who but the unapologetic, uninhibited & honest Sunny Leone to fit that role! I loved how her black, white and red woven sari was draped like a skirt and paired with a white shirt and chunky silver jewellery.

I logged onto the site immediately after the show to buy my favourites and was pleasantly surprised to see a separate section of the LFW collection making it easy to shop all the looks from the ramp that day itself - AJIO LFW Collection. What made me happier was the mix of private labels, local, international and Indie brands I saw on the site on further exploration.. The USP of the brand is the use of amazing fabrics specially woven by weavers in unique designs across the globe for garments that are going to be sold on www.AJIO.com

Log onto the site now to check out the fabulous variety of pocket friendly and stylish outfits that are going to be available at the tip of your fingertips. Get going to the site, get stylish and get it clear that the #DoubtIsOut that AJIO is nothing but the best!
