#FestiveStyle : Diwali with BIBA!

Diwali is the time to sparkle and dazzle and the ideal time to indulge in Indian wear. I believe that nothing spells out 'Festive' louder and clearer than beautiful ethnic wear. BIBA, the leading Indian ethnic wear brand and one of my go to brands when it comes to Indian wear, has introduced its Festive-Winter collection themed ‘You make it more beautiful’ for the Diwali season. Their aim is to glorify the inner beauty, elegance, inner strength and confidence of the Indian woman today, while redefining how the vibrant nature and beauty of Indian women compliments every BIBA outfit. I styled three of their exquisite outfits, that have intricate embroidery and distinctive patterns beautifully weaved into every single piece, and I loved how the gold highlights make them all the more perfect for the festive season.

The Festive Collection comprises of unique silhouettes, a soothing yet vibrant colour palette, traditional designs and embroideries that are just right for Diwali. Blood red, fuchsia pink, rust orange, deep indigo, opulent greens, turmeric yellow and white along with metallic accents, gives a fresh and pretty look to the entire ethnic range.

For my first outfit I chose a gorgeous Navy Blue Palazzo Suit Set with eye-catching copper embroidery and trims especially on the palazzos that add the real beauty to the whole look. This is perfect for the day and looks great accessorized with lovely pearl and gold earrings, cuff and gold pumps. Make your hair look charming with a partial crown braid around the head while the rest of the hair is left open.

For the second outfit I chose a Fuchsia Kalidar Metallic Suit Set that has elegant patterns weaved with gold and silver thread. Pair it with diamond earrings and bangles, and add a pair of silver open heels. A one sided fish tail braid looks adorable on this whole ensemble. This look can be put together for day or night.

White and gold is an evergreen combination, and my third outfit in this combination is the most ravishing of all the three that I styled. I love how the anarkali has gold patterns just at the edge and self colour running thread-work on the bodice area. The jacket with silver and gold intricate embroidery and cloth buttons at the arm, is the star of the outfit which brings the whole look together. My most favourite part is that you don't need a dupatta with this outfit thanks to the jacket, and how by just pairing it with simple pearl and diamond earrings and platform gold heels, your look is complete. Keep your hair open and rock your Diwali evening in this.

You saw how there is something for everyone, and other than suit sets you have mix n match kurtas, lehengas, flared skirts, asymmetrical kurtas with jackets and unstitched pieces. For young girls you have BIBA Girls - the much loved kids collection. So get yourself or your little girl a BIBA outfit , and make it look even more beautiful!
