A memorable Goan Anniversary :)

Zig Zag effect  colour-blocked Necklace - Chicnova
Top - BHG (Singapore)
Shorts - Promod
Bangles - Linking Road, Mumbai
Bag - Ruby (Singapore)

Shorts are the staples of any beach holiday, and I decided to dress up a pair for the anniversary evening outing.. So out came a striped bikini top, a linen singlet and a multi colour necklace. Adding to the colour, was my yellow sling bag and there I was all ready for the celebrations :)

PS and I spent some time at the Vagator cliff just gazing at the sea, taking in the calmness and enjoying the lovely evening.

And then it was time for the celebrations for which there was no better place than Brittos to head to! :)

A gleaming Ri(t)ch Styles team post the eating and drinking escapade! Cheers!

Couldn't have asked for a better 3rd anniversary! :)

Anniversary morning on the beach :)

There can't be a more perfect way to start your anniversary! Partner by your side, breakfast at the beach shack, raindrops, wind in your hair and with that a walk on the beach with the sound of the waves giving you the feeling of serenity and peace. Knowing that you have just completed 3 awesome years with the one person that is holding your hand at that moment, you don't need any more future promises. The world can stand still and you want that moment to last forever!

PS is so happy he's flying ;)

Dress - AND
Flip flops - Old Navy

A fab start to the day!

I know one thing now. I want this feeling every Anniversary morning! ;) PS are you listening?!

The Goa Anniversary Story!

Well, the story is that PS and me celebrated our 3rd anniversary this month and we suddenly decided to head out of town to celebrate that. For a celebration, a last minute trip and a short weekend break, no destination can beat Goa! So that's exactly where we headed to :)

And when in Goa, it's all about comfy beachy colourful clothes!

Aztec print Top - Kiosha (last worn here)
Skirt - Forever 21
(last worn here)
 Pink Tube - Bangkok
Yellow Sling Bag - Ruby (Singapore)
Flip Flops - Old Navy (USA)
Sunglasses - Ray Ban

This top is turning out to be one of my favourites. I love the Aztec print and the fact that the front is cotton and the back georgette. Can't make out right? :)

Father's Day celebrations with Nautica

While I have found my Prince Charming, my dad will always be my King! And like my love for clothes and accessories is unending, my handsome dad loves to dress well too. All in the genes you see :)

This year Father's day is on 16th June, and since my dad is whisking off all of us then on a trip as it is his birthday weekend too (twice the fun :D), I decided to go shop for his Father's day gift this weekend itself. Nautica was my first and only choice coz it totally fits the bill of clothing for men on the go, and my dad is ALWAYS on the go!

I visited the Kurla store at Phoenix Marketcity which is located on the Upper Ground level. Not a very big store, but right enough not to confuse me and easy to navigate. The staff at the store were very friendly and helpful and showed me every piece I wanted to, including putting them on the hangers for me to get a proper idea of the fall and fit. I would give a 10/10 for customer service. The essence of Nautica comes out in its entire collection - a love for the ocean that reflects in all the clothes and accessories as well as in the store merchandising. Elements of a ship like a steering wheel, telescope and rope tie-backs enfold you into the Nautica lifestyle. The collection is huge and practically consists of everything that a man would wear or use – Polo T-shirts, v-neck and round-neck tshirts, shirts, shorts, pants, khakis, denims, chambray, footwear, belts, bags and wallets. The reason why I said it was my choice, is because you get everything under one roof. Whites, blues, yellows, greens, reds are colours that dominate the collection. Who said Dad's need to wear sober stuff? I'm gonna pick up something nice and trendy for mine for Father's Day. Let's have a peek for you to see what I saw and liked :)

Clever merchandising!

Here are some of my picks for the occasion!

Mumbai currently has two stand alone stores at Phoenix Marketcity Kurla and Infinity Malad and shop in shops at the various Shoppers Stop outlets. Head to any of the Nautica stores and let me know your experience!
