Keep it Simple Silly!

I've been MIA on the blog because I've sprained my foot and it has been a super painful week. While I have been trying to keep up with my commitments, dressing down than dressing up has been my funda for the week because 1 - I can't wear heels and 2 - without heels half my outfits do not land up looking great enough that I can think of wearing them, and so it has been all about simple, fuss-free and comfortable dressing this week.

By the way this outfit is my first outfit on the blog this year and I am really sorry for being super sporadic with outfit posts. I have received enough feedback and "what the hell, where are your outfit posts?" from people and I know I have been really absent on that front, which I plan to come back on with a bang. I promise! :)

With #MakeInIndia being in focus this week, most of my days were spent there. In this post, I am putting across the outfit I wore for Vikas Khanna's Molecular Gastronomy class and my interview with him. Yesss I got to meet the amazing human being that he is and it was such a great interaction I can't tell you. More on that is going to come in a post soon but for now let's see what I wore :) Shift dresses are my go to dresses these days and my new red one from AND is a super comfy one. I paired it with another new item in my closet that I am in love with - the orange bucket bag from StalkBuyLove.com to colour block the dress, and then completed the outfit with gold accessories.

Aviators - Rayban
Earrings - PipaBella.com x Ponds
Gold Woven Sandals - Koovs.com - New Look

Sometimes keeping things simple feels so liberating!
