We all have our favourite 'Little Black Dress' and I have a couple, but lately I have a favourite 'Little Pink Dress'. I bought it during my birthday shopping last year, but it has been the perfect dress for the Indian Summer that we are facing, and so most of you have seen me on Instagram wearing it quite regularly during the lockdown. I think the term 'LPD' would be just apt for it!
Though I am more of a blush pink and baby pink girl, I fell in love with this dress the minute I saw it. I loved the very girly style, the Indian block print, how airy it was, how comfortable the material was and how well it fit. I have lately been wearing belts with a lot of my outfits, and this dress was ideal for the same.
The dress is versatile. You can keep it simple if wearing at home, and if you are stepping out then it doesn't need too much accessorizing - throw on a belt, some earrings, a pearl string bracelet, shimmery heels and a nice bag matching the colour of the belt or the heels, and you are set with a look that will take you from day to night. It's perfect to take you from brunches to events to dinners! What more does one need? 😊
